How it works
Five real stages, no theatrical work
Each question passes sources, agent, shape critic, quantifier, and governance. Stage timing is for legibility; the figures are not fabricated.
1 · Sources
A live count of invoices, customers, and campaigns. This stage says what the agent is talking over.
2 · Agent
A parameterized SQL template runs on that data. This is not theatrical “thinking”; it is a real query.
3 · Shape check
The result has to match its declared shape. If it does not, it is rejected. There is no separate hypothesis critic here; the honesty is in naming that.
4 · Quantifier
If the question has a computable effect, it is computed from live evidence. If it does not, no figure is invented.
5 · Governance
A policy check is recorded. A reject means the answer is not published. This stage closes the question the way the footer trace closes the page.
