Operational sales data is read from your own store on the answer path; the public demo runs on a separate synthetic set. The two are not mixed. Asking is access-controlled and rate-limited.

Publishing any figure is a policy check. If policy rejects, the answer stays empty. No stage is allowed to rewrite a rejected figure into something “acceptable.”

Human control means the autonomy-ladder rung is named per process, and declining a recommended action is a normal path, not an exception.
