Semantic Search
Semantic search means finding results by the meaning of the question, not merely by matching words. The user can ask in natural language without knowing the exact term stored in the data.

In practice, the best result usually comes from combining two methods: semantic search to understand intent, and keyword search for precision on proper names, codes, and numbers. That combination is called hybrid retrieval.
