Fine-Tuning
Fine-tuning continues training a model on organization data so tone or format stabilizes. It is not a substitute for retrieval and queries when the truth sits in invoices.

Fine-tuning locks knowledge into weights, and updating it is expensive. Sales data changes every day; do not put it in the model weights.
