Task Decomposition
Task decomposition breaks a large goal into smaller jobs with named inputs and outputs. Without it, a manager’s question collapses into a one-shot guess.
Also called تجزیه کار
“What should I look at first today?” is not one job; it is several: brand decline, regional churn, campaign effect. Decomposition makes that list explicit.
Each piece must be independently rejectable so an error in one part does not poison the whole answer.
