Traceability

Traceability means every system output can be followed back to the data and the stages that produced it. Without it, no decision can be defended in a meeting.

Also called ردیابی‌پذیری

In practice, traceability means that for every answer you can say: which data was used, which stages were run, which hypotheses were rejected, which policies were checked, and when this happened.

This capability has three uses: **error review** when a result looks suspicious, **accountability** when a decision is questioned, and **improvement** because performance cannot be measured without a record.
