Golden Set
A golden set is questions with a reference answer used to score the agent. It should be built from real manager questions, not from brochure examples.

A good item: “which campaign overspent, and what is its measured effect?” with a known number and evidence rows. If the reference is vague, the eval is vague.
Refresh the golden set as data moves. A set glued to one season will not see quality drop in the next.
