Hybrid Search
Hybrid search combines semantic search with exact keyword match. A SKU code is not found by meaning; a campaign write-up is not found by keyword alone.

Distribution has both question types: “that Yalda campaign” and “items like this brand.” Hybrid means one retrieval path covers both.
