Agent Reflection
Agent reflection is the system scoring its own output against the goal and the evidence before it presents. It is like a critic, but on the same agent’s work.

Reflection does not replace a separate critic. When they are the same unit, a shared error stays hidden. Reflection fixes shape; the critic rejects a claim against the data.
