Knowledge Graph
A knowledge graph represents entities and their relations: customer to region, brand to campaign, invoice to SKU. For relational questions it is more precise than text-only search.
Also called گراف دانش
A graph does not replace the invoice store. Its value is when you ask which customers were both in the campaign and then churned; that is a relation, not a paragraph.
